Lime Tree House, Epsom Road, Ewell Village

An extensive remodelling, extension and refurbishment of a very unattractive property which had been poorly extended in the past. The clients wanted a bright modern house with living space in the roof.

The project was complicated by the presence of some very large trees with Tree Presrvation Orders.
